Membership of PD LAKSHMI NIDHI LIMITED is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Nidhi Rules, 2014. Every member must subscribe to the minimum number of shares and provide complete, accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) details. Membership confers the right to avail deposit and loan facilities subject to the rules in force, and may be terminated by the company in accordance with applicable law and its bye-laws.
Members may place Recurring Deposits (RD), Fixed Deposits (FD), Monthly Income Schemes (MIS) and Savings deposits as per the schemes offered by PD LAKSHMI NIDHI LIMITED. Interest rates, tenures and payout terms are governed by the scheme in effect at the time of deposit and are subject to revision in line with the Nidhi Rules, 2014. Premature withdrawal, where permitted, may attract a reduced rate of interest or applicable charges. Deposits are accepted only from members of the company.
Loans are granted exclusively to members against eligible security such as deposits, gold or immovable property, in accordance with the Nidhi Rules, 2014. Sanction of any loan is at the sole discretion of PD LAKSHMI NIDHI LIMITED and is subject to the prescribed loan-to-value limits, interest rates, repayment schedules and documentation. Default in repayment may attract penal interest and recovery action as permitted under the loan agreement and applicable law.
We respect the privacy of our members. Personal and financial information collected during onboarding and the course of dealings is used solely for account servicing, regulatory compliance and statutory reporting. PD LAKSHMI NIDHI LIMITED does not sell or rent member data to third parties and shares it only with regulators, auditors or service providers as required by law or to operate the services. Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are maintained to protect member data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
